By using ZigSaw, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not lawyerly — but they're still binding. If anything is unclear, email .
What ZigSaw is
ZigSaw is a free web app that lets you turn your own photos into jigsaw puzzles and share them with friends. It's made by a small student team and offered as-is.
Your content
- You keep ownership of every photo you upload.
- By uploading a photo, you give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store it and show it as a puzzle inside ZigSaw — only as needed to provide the service.
- You confirm you have the right to upload the photo (your own photo, or one you have permission to use).
What you can't upload
- Sexual, violent, or otherwise explicit content
- Content that promotes hate, harassment, or illegal activity
- Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy
- Anything you wouldn't want a friend's family to see
We may remove any content (and the related account) that violates these rules, with or without warning.
How you use the service
- Don't try to break, abuse, or overload the service.
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or data.
- Don't use ZigSaw to spam, scam, or harass anyone.
Our content
The ZigSaw name, logo, design, and code belong to the team. Please don't copy or repackage them as your own.
Service availability
We try hard to keep ZigSaw running and your data safe, but we provide the service "as is" without warranties. We can't guarantee zero downtime or zero bugs. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to fix it quickly.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages from your use of ZigSaw. If you have a claim against us, the most you can recover is the amount you've paid us in the last twelve months — which, since ZigSaw is free, is zero. This isn't us being mean; it's just how small projects can survive.
Account & termination
You can delete your account anytime by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that hurts other users.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For meaningful changes, we'll let you know in the app the next time you log in. Continuing to use ZigSaw after that means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
